Chloe Gray - remedial Therapist LSSM (Dip), MISRM

Chloe is a fully qualified Soft Tissue and Remedial Therapist who utilises both manual therapy and movement re-education to help get you out of pain and back to your everyday activities. She studied at the prestigious London School of Soft Tissue Therapy where she gained the ISRM BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma. She is also a Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) certified practitioner which she utilises in her assessment.
As a therapist, Chloe’s motivation is to get to the root cause of your pain and her integrated approach focuses on keeping you pain-free long-term. Chloe treats a wide range of clients, including recreational runners, office based workers and elite athletes alike, providing hands-on therapy with comprehensive rehabilitation programmes to support clients rebuild their strength, stability and mobility to help prevent future injuries.
In addition to her work in clinic, Chloe is the in-house Soft Tissue Therapist at the aerial circus school, My Aerial Home in South London.

She was drawn to reflexology while suffering with chronic endometriosis 10 years ago and went on to study at the London School of Reflexology. Kelly is passionate about working with women at all stages of life, including those navigating fertility, pregnancy, and menopause.
Her treatments are deeply relaxing, helping to calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to rebalance. Kelly takes a holistic approach, tailoring each session to the individual and considering emotional wellbeing alongside physical health.
