Alexandra is a highly skilled osteopath with nearly a decade of experience as a clinical pilates instructor. Her unique skill set allows her to work confidently with a diverse patient population, including; patients with chronic lower back pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal care and hip and knee dysfunction. 

Alexandra is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and graduated from the London School of Osteopathy (LSO) with a Bachelors Degree in Osteopathy (BOsT) and has gone on to develop a particular clinical interest in the management of foot and ankle conditions, neck pain and cervicogenic headaches. 

Her extensive background in pilates enhances her osteopathic practice and enables her to competently assess whether patients are most likely to respond to a manual therapy approach or a functional movement-based rehabilitation approach. She integrates advanced biomechanical analysis and targeted strength conditioning into patient care – supporting both recovery and long-term performance. Her approach to treatment involves developing individualised treatment plans and addressing the root cause of dysfunction rather than solely managing symptoms. She applies a broad range of osteopathic techniques – from structural to cranial – to deliver lasting results for patients.   

Dedicated to clinical excellence and continuous professional development, Alex is further advancing her expertise with additional training in dry needling and paediatrics in 2026, reinforcing her commitment to delivering the highest standard of care for all stages of life.
