WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY?
“Osteopathy is a manual treatment that aims to return the body to it’s normal working balance: a complete system of diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The main tenet of osteopathy is that the body, once free from restrictions and areas of tension can repair itself, keeping you healthy and moving. Osteopaths can identify and ease these restrictions and areas of tension.” Victoria Diamond

Book an Appointment with an Osteopath
Osteopathy is a form of primary healthcare, that includes diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of problems from injuries, postural issues and other health concerns.
Osteopathy works on the basis that the health of your body relies on the fluid movement of bones, muscles, ligaments and fascial connective tissue to ensure good overall working balance.
We work with a range of massage techniques, medical acupuncture, articulation and manipulation of joints to release tension in muscles, improve mobility in joints and enhance blood, lymphatic and neurological supply to tissues.

Treatments
I originally visited Harper Road around 6 months ago for problems with my knee from running/ hiking, but have since received treatment across my whole body to balance out my mechanics holistically.
I would strongly recommend Victoria to anyone with persistent injuries/ aches/ pains.
She is calm and clear, always explaining as much as she can about what she's doing and why, and gives you practical and achievable advice for staying healthy and strong.
It always feels a bit like magic! - do give her a visit.
Similarly for Madiha, who I have also had the pleasure of receiving treatment from during Lorna's leave. Both are exceptional osteopaths with a fantastic personality and attitude. As someone said below, which is worth repeating, it makes each visit an enjoyable experience.
